The Drone Dish: Brent De Bleser

Brent De Bleser joins host Ryan Hoag on this edition of The Drone Dish! Brent talks about the beauty of both his native Belgium and his current home Norway. You might think UAV regulations and landscapes are quite similar between the two countries, but Brent explains they distinct differences too. National Geographic has reached out to Brent because of his beautiful aerial video of a church in Belgium. He says he was so honored to be asked to be a part of their show! Ryan and Brent talk about the wide variety of drone photos and videos on Brent's website. He says it's important for him to be able to bring many different facets to his photography career. In his video "Look Up, Not Down" Brent stands on a rock hanging 1,000 meters above the ground. He says it was one of the scariest things he's ever done in his life and his mom might kill him if she ever sees the video. The things drone pilots will do for their art! Brent recommends shooting in Norway in the spring and summer if you want to get the best aerial shots. Plus, he mentions somewhere he has been dying to go since he started flying! Brent's favorite category? Action/Extereme Sports! He says he gets inspiration from some of the extreme sport videos, like those in Ryan's other show Ryan's Ridiculous.
